Allow microphone access for Teleprompterz in your browser or phone settings, and make sure the script language matches the language you're speaking. A quieter room helps it keep pace.
How do I cancel or change my Pro plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription. You can switch plans or cancel anytime, and you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
My recording didn't save. Can I recover it?
Recordings are stored locally until export. Open Library → Recordings to find unsaved takes. If it's not there, email support with your device and app version.
